Assistanz app is exclusively for their own clients who have registered for the purpose of web and cloud related services.
Users can login with the credentials provided for them.
Users can create tickets based on their queries. These tickets will be notified for the support engineers and an acknowledgement will be notified in the notification area.
When support engineers respond with their reply, users will be notified, and users can respond back with their messages and to and fro.
Users can check their Due Invoices Balance and Account Credit Balance in the Dashboard.
Open status tickets will be shown in Dashboard and All Tickets will be shown in My Tickets screen.
Users will be notified about the Announcements and can check in Announcements screen and check for new offers in Offers Zone.
Users also can provide feedback about the app in Feedback form which will notified to the Support Engineers, so that it will be useful in enhancement of the app.
